Swat peace agreement
This peace agreement is a load of rubbish, the government had done their part sadly the other party has decided not to agree to do their part and backed out.
The purpose of the treaty was peace in swat and ending of activity by taliban of swat in that area.
The government have been deceived by the tnsm and taliban.
The national assembly should do a debate on the treaty and a resolution should be voted on.

The peace treaty itself is worthless piece of crap which people can use to wipe their ass with now.
Under the sharia, once a peace treaty has so obviously and blatantly abused and exposed as a fraud and one party has deceived another party as to the treaty, the party that has been deceived can take action against the party that told bullshit.
In this case the government of pakistan can take action under sharia as the party which was deceived as to treaty.
The government of pakistan should look at the supreme court now the decision to review laws has been taken. The supreme court should act to review and have this regulation cancelled as the courts in swat will not in the same court system as that of the rest of the country.
