Letter to PM: Equality Bill and Gardening Leave

re equality’s bill
Please could you also put in something regarding notices to leave companies etc and no discrimination if someone’s decides to leave and is told he/she cannot and then notice is extended or some other problem is done to stop the person leaving.
Eu law re gardening leave please can you put this in equality bill ie no blocks on leaving in this equality bill or extending length of notice.
