PCB and letter to President and PM of Pakistan

I would like to ask the president and pm of pakistan to ask the pcb to set up a 20 20 tournament involving local and overseas players to be played in pakistan.
This way younis khan will get cricket played in pakistan against overseas players even if they cannot get anyone to play test matches in pakistan.
The tournaments that are in place in pakistan should be changed from 20 20 and odi with local players to overseas players and local players playing in pakistan.
Also the pakistan team should be awarded medals as quickly as possible to celebrate the win.
I think the team have problems in fielding and in opening long term. Mohammed amir and all the new bowlers should be helped by wasim akram and waqar younis.
Also the president of pakistan should ask younis khan to be head of players association after his retirement from 20 20 format.
The next captain of 20 20 side should be from shahid afridi, shoaib malik, misbah ul haq and kamran akmal.
Younis Khan should use his retirement from 20 20 to push for the players association or to spend time running the players association.
Also 20 20 format should be used to get people to come and watch cricket and play it for fun.
I see 20 20 as a fun tournament to be played for fun and watched for fun. This will help teams in pakistan get people in stadium to watch the matches and boost cricket attendances in pakistan stadiums.
The pcb should 20 20 as a quick version to find good players at lower levels and bring them through to the national team. Maybe players can be adapted from 20 20 game to test and odi version.
